Mitsubishi Wireless HDTV And Blu-Ray
Mitsubishi has been published in two parts of a wireless HDTV system. The system consists of a very thin layer of the LCD screen (approx.1.5 inches), and then a separate Blu-ray optical drive box that also sends wireless signals from TV. Mitsubishi HDTV to incorporate the AMIMON's wireless technology, which is able to provide an uncompressed HD video wirelessly. Wireless HDTV will allow the insertion of a flexible source of HD devices, such as AVRs, DVRs, DVD players, set-top boxes (STBs) and game consoles anywhere in a room and throughout the home. The product is designed to release in the Japanese market this autumn, expect it in the United States next year. [Wired]
