HP TO SLASH THE JOBS OF24,600 EMPLOYEES
Computer manufacturer Hewlett-Packard whispered it will leave off 24,600 employees, or 7.5% of its labor force, over the next 3 years in a chart to incorporate tech outsourcer Electronic Data Systems, which HP bought late last month.
