Yet another All-in-One Desktop PC has arrived in the market � the Touch X9613 by Medion. Unlike most All-in-One PCs in the market, the X9613 has high end hardware and a blu-ray drive.The Touch X9613 is powered by an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 2.0 GHz CPU. It is equipped with 4GB of RAM, a capacitive 1TB hard drive. With such a huge storage capacity and a blu-ray drive the system can easily store and
