HP SHOWS OFF SMARTBOOK PROTOTYPE WITH SNAPDRAGON AND ANDROID
HP is planning to build a Snapdragon based smartbook running Google Android. The company showed off a prototype device at the CES. The only major difference between the Lenovo Skylight Smartbook and the unnamed HP Smartbook is probably in the Operating System. While the Lenovo Skylight runs a custom OS based on Linux, the HP device is based on Android. The Skylight is expected to be out in April.
