VIA ANNOUNCES WIMAX ENABLED MINI-NOTEBOOK

VIA has announced a mobile WiMAX enabled 11.6 inch mini-notebook - the eNote Turnkey Solution. It will be powered by a 1.3GHz VIA Nano CPU & VIA VX800 IGP chipset. Up to 2GB of RAM can be installed.The eNote weighs just 1.3 kg. It has a WXGA 11.6 inch display which supports VIA Chrome9 graphics. There is also an HD video processor which supports MPEG-2, MPEG-4, WMV9, VC1 and DiVX video formats.
